EGULATIONS
To ensure the safety and health of all the dogs and staff at Woof Woof Professional Dog Services (WWPDS), we require all clients to
comply with the following Rules and Regulations: (Rules & Regulations are subject to change at any time without notification.)
DAYCARE HOURS: Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Owners should arrive at least 10 minutes before
daycare closing hours. i.e.: Monday - Friday: 6:20 pm, Saturday: 4:50 pm.. WWPDS is not open on major holidays or during major snow storms,
hurricanes, etc. For the latest schedule, please visit: and view our event calendar.
RESERVATIONS: We offer three options for making your dog’s daycare reservations.
(1) Guaranteed Reservation Form: You may fill out this form that guarantees your dog will be enrolled in daycare each week on the
selected day(s), unless WWPDS is otherwise notified of cancellation. This guarantees your dog’s attendance at daycare.
(2) Monthly Reservation Card: You may choose any day(s) during the month that fit your schedule. Reservations are on a first come,
first served basis. This is the best option for customers with diverse schedules.
(3) Call Ahead: We will gladly accept your dog on any day that we have availability, even if it is last minute. Please call to verify
availability. Daycare does fill up quickly, so it is best to make a reservation ahead of time.
CANCELLATIONS: We require 24 hour notice for all doggie daycare reservation cancellations. (i.e.: Call by 6:30 am on Monday to cancel a Tuesday
reservation.) ALL cancellations made after this 24 hour notice and/or missed days, will result in a charge for that day.
ATTENDANCE: Your dog is required to come to daycare a minimum of twice a month. Our goal is to create a safe and stable environment for
everyones dog that comes to daycare. Some dogs based on their personality may be required to attend daycare more often.
HEALTH & ILLNESS: All dogs must be in good health. Owners need to certify that their dog is in good health and is free from any condition(s) that
could potentially jeopardize other dogs. Dogs who have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days require a veterinarian’s
certification of health to be admitted back into daycare. Dogs with the following conditions: diarrhea, worms, coughing, injury, limping, stitches, etc.
should not come to daycare. Dogs that show signs of illness or injury at daycare will be isolated and required to be picked up as quickly as possible.
Dogs with stitches are not allowed back in the daycare until they are removed, or 10 days have passed for stitches that dissolve. Dogs that are
seriously ill or injured will be transported to your designated animal hospital whenever possible, provided that they are local. Otherwise, we will
transport your dog to Windham Animal Hospital or Rockingham Emergency Veterinary Hospital, both located in Windham, NH. Please keep your
dog in good health and seek regular routine veterinary care including check-ups and vaccinations. Please provide WWPDS with proof of current
vaccination for Rabies, Distemper & Parvo, and Bordetella. We require that your dog receive the Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine every six (6)
months, as well as a fecal test every six (6) months. Your dog will not be able to attend daycare if any of the listed vaccinations have expired.
FLEA & TICK TREATMENT: We request that all dogs be treated for fleas and ticks on a monthly basis. Please apply your dog’s treatment 48 hours
prior to your dog’s next daycare day.
NEUTERED & SPAYED: All dogs must be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age. All dogs that have been spayed or neutered will require a minimum
of a 10 day waiting period before returning to the daycare. We do have some exceptions to this rule on a case-by-case basis.
AGE: No age restriction for dogs that have completed all of the above listed vaccinations and have a negative stool sample at the time of their
enrollment. There are no age restrictions for older dogs provided that they are in good health.
LEASHES & COLLARS: Please keep your dog on a leash and under control when entering and exiting WWPDS for the safety of other customers,
dogs, and WWPDS staff. No retractable leashes. Please remove your dog’s collar(s) after you have placed them in one of the napping crates. Collars
and leashes will be stored in your dog’s daycare bag.
ITEMS FROM HOME: Please provide us with a clean towel, labeled with your dog’s name, whenever your dog comes to daycare. Rain and snow
make for very wet dogs, and on warm days we provide pools for the dogs. Dogs are welcome to wear sweaters/jackets during colder weather.
WWPDS is not responsible for lost or damaged items that you bring to daycare. You are welcome to leave items for your dog in his/her bag at
daycare. NO rawhides, bones, bowls, beds, and/or toys allowed at daycare.
MEALS & SNACKS: You are welcome to send in a meal or special snack for your dog to have at daycare during nap time. These items must be
labeled with your dog’s name, sealed in a ziplock bag, and portioned out in the correct amount. If you forget, meals and snacks can be provided by
WWPDS for a fee. Please ask a staff member for a menu with pricing.
