REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Visa application form duly filled in & signed.
2.
Original Passport valid for at least 6 months.
3.
Correct visa fee to be paid in cash before 12 noon.
Two passport size photographs – one affixed on the form in the box and the other kept stapled with the application

Copy of NIN card
6.
Copy of GOP (for non Seychellois)
7.
Supporting documents as prescribed and demanded by Consular officer on duty.
NOTE: FEE, ONCE PAID, CANNOT BE REFUNDED EVEN IF THE APPLICATION IS WITHDRAWN OR SERVICE REFUSED.
