For the One Schoolhouse Award: As an attachment in 200-300 words (no more than one page), please
address the reasons for nominating this individual or team. Please address in the rationale how the
individual or team has advanced the goals of the school system — beyond one classroom and school —
for the better of all. Examples could include being recognized for organizing a collaborative orchestra
concert with proceeds benefitting all high schools or for a committee’s work to establish K-12 common
curriculum in a content area.
