Conditions
此許可證受以下條件規限：
This permit is subject to the following conditions:
經營人須就保安及安全方面作出足夠的預防措施，及遵守所有由民航處處長就此方面不時發
(1)
出的合理指示；
The operator shall take adequate precautions in relation to security and safety and shall comply with
all reasonable directions given by the Director-General of Civil Aviation from time to time in that
regard;
經營人必須遵守空運(航空服務牌照)規例中列明的規定；
(2)
The requirements set out in the Air Transport (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations must be
adhered to;
經營人不可刊登廣告或以其他方式直接向公眾提供獲此許可證批准的服務；
(3)
The operator may not advertise or in any other way offer direct to members of the public services
authorised by this permit; and
經營人必須持有由經營人的保險公司發出的證明文件，證明有關無人駕駛飛機系統均持有適
(4)
用的保險。
The operator must be in possession of documentary evidence from the operator’s insurance
company to the effect that the unmanned aircraft system(s) carry appropriate insurance cover.
違反上述任何條件會致使此許可證無效。
Breach of any of the conditions set out above renders this approval invalid.
