taxes. Credits will be matched on a registration basis; therefore, the earlier you register, the better

are the chances you will get credits by the end of the year.

By signing this Buyer Registration Form to purchase New Mexico land conservation

incentives tax credits through Tax Credit Connection, Inc., I represent, warrant, and agree

to the following:

 I understand that Tax Credit Connection, Inc. will use its best efforts to match me with a

tax credit seller, but may not be successful in doing so.

 I understand that Tax Credit Connection, Inc. is relying upon this Buyer Registration

Form to seek sellers of tax credits. I will not contact any tax credit seller whose name is

provided to me by Tax Credit Connection, Inc., except through Tax Credit Connection,

Inc. I will not purchase any tax credits from any tax credit seller identified by Tax Credit

Connection, Inc., except through Tax Credit Connection, Inc. I will immediately notify

Tax Credit Connection, Inc. if I decide not to pursue the purchase of a tax credit through

Tax Credit Connection, Inc.

 I understand that Tax Credit Connection, Inc. is acting to match buyers and sellers of tax

credits and is not my legal representative in this transaction. Tax Credit Connection, Inc.

has advised me to seek legal and financial advice on the consequences of the purchase of

a tax credit. Tax Credit Connection, Inc. has not made any representations or warranties

to me, except as provided in writing.
