AUCTIONEER’S LICENSE FOR LIVESTOCK
All auctioneer’s shall be licensed by the payment of a fee of twenty-five ($25.00) per year and no
auctioneer shall be permitted to buy cattle in his name during the period while actually engaged
in auctioneering, as required by Section 75-27-215, Mississippi Code of 1972.
Please complete the application in its entirety and return it along with the required $25.00
fee to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce, P. O. Box 1609, Jackson,
MS
39215-1609. Check or money order should be made payable to the Mississippi
Department of Agriculture and Commerce/Weights and Measures Division. Upon receipt
of your completed application, your license will be processed and mailed.
