Behavior Charts For Kids

Parents,
Your child’s behavior chart will be in your child’s folder with a
sticker as to the behavior observed. Please INITIAL the chart EACH DAY.
A colored sticker indicates :
Green
or Fun Sticker = Good Day! 
I love
Kindergarten !
Yellow = Warning – Caution – Stop and think about what
you are doing.
Orange
= Behavior continued after
color
was changed to
yellow
Red
= Difficult Day/ behavior continued after warnings, color changes
and talks with teacher.
The color
red
may also be applied if a student harmed. Other colors
do not apply if teachers feels
RED
is appropriate action for behavior.
(office referral will be issued)
4 orange
stickers= Discipline Note (Blue Slip) / Conference with Principal
