1. The petition is granted because this person is not prohibited from possessing a firearm under any
state or federal law or by the order of any federal court or state court, other than an order from
which a judge or court commissioner is competent to grant relief and the holder of the surrendered
firearms shall return those firearms.
La solicitud se otorga debido a que no se prohíbe a esta persona poseer armas de fuego según ninguna ley
federal o estatal ni por orden de ningún juez federal o estatal, excepto la orden según la cual un juez o
comisionado judicial sea competente para otorgar reparación y el titular de las armas entregadas deberá
devolver dichas armas.
2. The petition is denied because this person is prohibited from possessing a firearm under a state or
federal law or by the order of a federal court or state court, other than an order from which a judge or
court commissioner is competent to grant relief and the holder of the surrendered firearms shall not
return those firearms.
La solicitud se deniega porque se prohíbe a esta persona poseer armas de fuego según una ley federal o
estatal o por orden de un juez federal o estatal, excepto una orden según la cual un juez o comisionado
judicial sea competente para otorgar reparación y el titular de las armas de fuego entregadas no devolverá
dichas armas.
