LOCATION OF THE EGG TAKE SITE (if applicable), AND COMPARED TO THE
LOCATION OF THE INCUBATION FACILITY.

promise to submit a report of activities carried out under terms of such
permit within 30 days of its expiration date.
I also understand that a fish
transport permit (FTP) is required for brood stock selection for this project
and must be approved prior to the transport of live eggs or fish.
