Rain Barrel Rebate Application

City of Olympia water customers are eligible for a rebate of

$20 per rain barrel, maximum of four per residence (or $80).

To qualify for the rebate, the rain barrel(s) need to be purchased by December 31,

2016 and installed at a residence that receives water service from the City of

Olympia.

Complete the below portion of this rebate form, and submit via mail or email with

a copy of your dated sales receipt that includes a list of the item(s) purchased

and purchase price.
