Arthur Rossiter started
making boots in his

backyard tin shed
After building his Unley
Road factory, Arthur formed

Pty Ltd, starting a 100
Rossiter’s supplied boots

to the Australian army

During the depression in
the 1930s, Arthur took

enough shoes to keep
Rossiter’s supplied
the operation afloat

boots to Australian

soldiers in World War II
Rossiter’s create the
famous Original Ripple sole

still going strong today
Rossiter’s introduce
their motorcycle range

Rossiter’s move from
the Unley site to the

current headquarters in
Hilton, South Australia
Rossiter’s became
Rossi Boots, the name
customers were

Rossi Boots launch the
Endura Air Cushion rubber

sole. The technology
has since advanced, but
Rossi Boots celebrate
