(6) That in the event that any document or instrument to be executed by the LLP pursuant to or incidental to

the Services and the Documents is required to be executed under the Common Seal of the LLP, authority be

and is hereby given for the affixing of the Common Seal of the LLP to any such document or instrument and

that the Common Seal be affixed thereto in accordance with the LLP’s partnership agreement, or where the

partnership agreement does not provide for the affixing of the Common Seal, then by any two partners or by

any partner and the manager of the LLP.

(7) That the LLP irrevocably consents and authorises Maybank, its officers, employees, agents and advisers

disclosing information relating to the LLP in accordance with the terms of the Standard Terms

remain in force until revoked by the partners by way of subsequent resolutions duly passed by the partners.
