AWARDS DINNER FOLLOWING GOLF

Tournament format will be a four (4) person scramble, Player’s handicap must be on entry form or an honest

18 hole average score.

COST: $160.00 per person, Dinner Only $ 50.00 per person

Cost includes: Green Fees, Golf Cart, Hole Prizes, Dinner and Awards, including a chance to win a

Cash Prize of a $10,000.00 hole in one!!

We will also be having a Silent Auction at the Event and 50/50 Raffle
