Technical meeting May 22-25 – draft agenda and meeting format

A draft agenda for the Gahcho Kué Project technical meeting on May 22-25 is

provided to parties for review and comment. Parties are asked to provide

suggestions to the Gahcho Kué Panel (Panel) on topics for discussion during the

meeting and the scheduling of topics. The Panel will prepare a final technical

meeting agenda on May 4, based on suggestions from parties to the extent possible.

The Panel is also interested in suggestions from parties on the preferred format for

the planned technical meeting. In particular, parties are asked to state a preference

for a meeting with verbatim transcription as was done at the EIS Analysis Session or

a meeting without transcription. The technical meeting will be hosted by the Panel

and the final format of the meeting will be determined by the Panel.

Parties may provide suggestions on the draft agenda or a preferred meeting format

to me by phone at (867) 766-7052, by email or in a written submission by May 4.

Only written submissions are placed on the public registry.
