ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 53-8-51 of the New Mexico Nonprofit Corporation Act, the undersigned

corporation adopts the following Articles of Dissolution for the purpose of dissolving the corporation:

adequate provision has been made for the satisfaction of any judgement, order or decree which

may be entered against it in any pending suit.
