The undersigned hereby acknowledge that they have received, read, and understand HoneyLove Cakery’s current price list and custom quote.

Only the bride and groom (or signers of this document) may discuss any problems that arise.

Please contact HoneyLove Cakery two weeks prior to the date of your event to touch base and go over last minute details. HLC may make an

effort to contact you, but it is the clients’ responsibility to contact HLC to confirm all events and times.

Permission is herby granted to HoneyLove Cakery to contact the wedding photographer regarding wedding cake images, and to use any

images created by HLC or obtained from said photographer under this contract for professional samples, displays, website pages, advertising,

exhibitions, contests, and any other purpose.

Any additions to this order before said event must be paid in full before any product is baked or delivered.

Any modifications of the terms of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties. Additions to the order, contact or venue

information updates, or change to delivery time may be in writing by email, if approved by both parties. Each person signing below as Client

will be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made according to the terms of this Agreement.
