• Shuffle the cards and place them facedown.
• Decide which player will use X and which will use O.
• Taking turns, each player picks the top card from the stack. The player will find
one equivalent fraction on the board, and mark the equivalent fraction with either
X or O. You may use Student Activity Book page 447 to help you find equivalent
fractions.
• If you need to, shuffle the cards and pick again.
• The winner is the player who marks 4 boxes in a row, either across, down, or
diagonally.
