2INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE
KANSAS QUALIFIED BIODIESEL FUEL PRODUCER’S REPORT (MF-181)
LINE 1 - Enter the amount of biodiesel (B100) on hand at beginning of quarter.
LINE 2 - Enter amount of biodiesel (B100) produced during the quarter.
Schedule I (Form MF-182), FEEDSTOCK MATERIAL PURCHASED/PRODUCED TO
MANUFACTURE BIODIESEL must be completed and attached to the report.
LINE 3 - Enter the sum of the total inventory and biodiesel produced (Line 1 plus Line 2).
LINE 4 - Enter total gallons of biodiesel sold to terminals, licensed distributors/importers/exporters.
Schedule II (MF- 183), BIODIESEL SALES TO TERMINALS, LICENSED DIS-
TRIBUTORS/IMPORTERS/ EXPORTERS must be completed and attached to the report.
LINE 5 - Enter total gallons of biodiesel sold to retail stations, unlicensed distributors/importers/export-
ers, end consumers. Schedule III (MF-184), BIODIESEL SALES TO RETAIL STATIONS
UNLICENSED DISTRIBUTORS/ IMPORTERS/EXPORTERS, END CONSUMERS
must be completed and attached to the report.
LINE 6 - Enter total gallons of biodiesel sold (Line 4 plus Line 5).
LINE 7 - Enter total inventory adjustment gallons (includes personal use, loss due to theft,
inventory loss or gain, destroyed biodiesel).
LINE 8 - Enter total ending inventory gallons of biodiesel (Line 3 minus Lines 6 and 7).
LINE 9 - Enter total biodiesel incentive of $.30 per gallon claimed on biodiesel gallons sold during
this quarter. (Line 6 x $.30).
This report must be completed in its entirety and signed. All supporting schedules must be completed
and attached. The report is due within 30 days from the quarter end date.
