INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Application for a Kansas National Guard license plate shall be made at the local County
Treasurer's Motor Vehicle office.
2. The National Guard member’s name must be on a Kansas title as owner or lessee of the
vehicle listed above before the National Guard plate can be issued.
3. The Guard member/owner or Retiree/owner of such vehicle must sign the application. Only
one (1) vehicle per application is permissible.
4. Registration for a National Guard truck plate must have a gross weight of 20M or less for
qualification purposes.
