“No Miss Days” Action Plan
As you find you find out important dates, write them down.
Figure out what you may need, whether a drive, having someone be with your loved one
Make a request for help to someone based on your need.

This doesn’t have to be the same person you usually ask for help

This may help you make sure you are not tapping into the same person each time
Confirm with that person AT LEAST a week in advance, to make sure they haven’t forgotten.
Don’t forget to add to important dates “No Miss Day” Calendar at a Glance e.g. specialist appointments, GP appointments
