Give as much information as possible in the three spaces below.
1. Order number(s) and name(s):
2. Reason for redaction request:
3. Requested date for redaction decision and why:
The Office of the Commission will redact commission orders for interested parties only if the request is reasonable. Redaction of an
order is based primarily on whether the deadline to file a Petition for Redetermination has lapsed. The amount of time needed to redact
an order depends primarily on the length and complexity of the commission order. The amount of time needed will be the judgment of
the Commission Redaction Specialist. Please allow five business days for consideration of a redaction request. If a requestor disagrees
with the timeline given to redact a requested order, the Redaction Specialist will consult with the supervising commissioner.
An initial hearing order appealed to a formal hearing is not eligible for redaction.
