Please attach a copy of a certificate of insurance showing New Liskeard Agricultural

Society as an additional insured on your policy.

Property Damage Waiver:

The Vendor/Concessioner shall indemnify and hold harmless the New Liskeard

Agricultural Society: their members, agents, volunteer and employees from and

against all claims, demands, losses, costs damages, actions, suits or proceedings by

another third party that may arise out of or may attribute to all operations performed

by or carried out by Vendor/Concessioner, his agents, servants or volunteers or anyone

for whose acts he may be held liable howsoever caused.

New Liskeard Agricultural Society (the leaser) will not assume any responsibility for

the safety of exhibitors against robbery, fire, all liability, or for any cause whatsoever.

In all cases, exhibitors must insure their own goods. The security staff provided by the

leaser will be in attendance for general protection of building and property,

particularly in periods when exhibits are closed and unattended, however, this in no

way implies individual protection of exhibit contents, products, etc.

The Leaser is released from any and all claims for damage which might arise in

consequence thereof in the event that, for any reason.

The undersigned agrees to all rules, conditions and waivers.
