This section asks you about homes which you have previously lived in. If you are
currently, or have previously been, our tenant or the tenant of any other local authority,
registered provider or trust, we will ask you to sign this form giving us permission to get
a report from your current and previous landlords about your tenancy or tenancies. If
you do not agree to this, or you fail to mention any tenancies you hold or have held,
we will not deal with your application.
