When preparing your return, please remember that if you filed and paid a Hazardous Waste Generator Fee
Prepayment, a credit for the amount of generator fee prepaid should be claimed on line 11 (Prepayment Credit)
of the return. If delinquency charges (penalty and interest) were paid, please do not include those amounts in the
credit. Failure to claim a prepayment credit on your return may result in an overpayment of annual fees due
that will not be refunded until the reporting error is discovered.
