NOTE: The NTS project must be reimbursed the full cost of each guest meal (by the guest or a source outside the project.)
(These meals need to be counted but are not eligible for USDA reimbursement.)
DO NOT INCLUDE meals where all participants were charged a set fee, such as weekend brunches.
ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS for both congregate and home-delivered meals means (1) individuals 60 years
or older, (2) their spouses, (3) meal hour volunteers working on the preparation or delivery of meals,
(4) disabled individuals under 60 years who live in housing facilities occupied primarily by the elderly
where congregate meals are provided, and (5) disabled individuals under 60 years of age who live
at home with individuals 60 years or older.
