Get out three pieces of bread. Use sandwich
bread or other sliced bread.

Use a spray bottle and lightly squirt each piece
of bread one time. Do not get the bread soggy.

Put each piece of bread into a separate plastic
bag. Zip all three bags shut.

Circle your predictions on the next page.

Place one bag in a place that gets plenty of
light.

Place the second bag in a warm, dark place,
like a closet.

Place the third bag in the refrigerator.

Wait one week. Then look at the bread in each
bag. Answer the rest of the questions on the
next page.
