CERTIFICATION BY VETERAN
In accordance with the provisions of Section 3712, Chapter 37, Title 38, U.S.C., I hearby certify that:
A. The Manufactured Home financed was placed at
(Complete Address and Route Number)
and I acknowledge receipt of it and all of the
furnishings, equipment and accessories itemized in the Sales Agreement.
B. I have not been given or promised a cash payment or rebate nor has it been represented to me that I will receive a cash bonus or commission on
future sales as an inducement for the consumation of this transaction.
C. I understand that the selection, purchase and acceptance of the Manufactured Home and all installation work performed is my responsibility and
that VA does not guarantee the manufactured home or the installation thereof.
D. I have received the original copy of the Manufactuer's Warranty, if new manufactured home, or Dealer's Warranty, if used manufactured home.
(Applicable only on dealer-seller sales.)
NOTICE TO VETERAN-DO NOT
sign this certificate until the manufactured home has been delivered and contains all the furnishings,
equipment, and accessories itemized in the sales agreement.

For the purpose of inducing the payment of the proceeds of this loan and the Secretary's guaranty, the undersigned certifies that:
A. The manufactured home has been properly installed on the lot described in the veteran's certification above.
B. A copy of the contract or sales agreement has been delivered to the veteran.
C. A true copy of the manufacturer's invoice has been furnished to the financial institution, if new manufactured home.
D. As an inducement for the consumation of this transaction, the veteran has not been given or promised a cash payment or rebate nor has it been
represented to the veteran that he or she will receive a cash bonus or commission in the future.
E. The above certification was signed by the veteran after delivery and installation.
F. The original of the Manufacturer's Warranty has been received by the veteran, if a new manufactured home, or Dealer's Warranty, if used
manufactured home.
