This non-transferable Permit authorizes the following trip leader, or alternate trip leader, to conduct one
noncommercial river trip with a maximum of 25 people, on the Labyrinth Canyon section of the Green
River between Green River State Park and the boundary of Canyonlands National Park (the Mineral
Bottom Take-out). The permittee agrees to comply with the stipulations printed on the back of this
permit, including the requirements to carry and utilize a fire pan and portable toilet. The permit
must be signed by the trip leader (or alternate) and be completed in order to be valid. Please read ALL
attached stipulations.
