This permit must be completed and signed to be valid. The top copy goes in
the registration box at the launch site. The bottom copy is carried by the Trip
Leader on the river.

This permit must be presented to any BLM, State, or County employee
upon request.

The Trip Leader and members of the party agree to abide by all laws,
rules, and regulations. A list of special regulations on the Bruneau-Jarbidge
River System are on the back of this permit.
