PAY RENT AND COMPLIES WITH THE OKLAHOMA LANDLORD AND

TENTANT ACT, TITLE 41 § 131.

PROVIDED UNDER THE LEASE/RENTAL AGREEMENT AND THE

APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA INCLUDING BUT
