Cut-out areas on sides
to fit bellows straps
Cut slit to fit tab on calendar “bellows”
INSTRUCTIONS
• Print template on cardstock paper.
• Cut-out along solid black outlines
and marked slits.
• Fold on dashed lines.
• Tape or glue white tabs to
corresponding sides (double-sided tape
or glue stick recommended).
• Fit assembled parts together
as indicated.
• Have a great year!
