1. Transfer of Collections to the Designated Repository
Have all paleontological resources collected under the authority of this permit, and their associated data (including field notes,
maps, images, quarry logs, and computer indexes) been formally transferred to the designated receiving repository?

accession numbers. If some or all of the collections have not been transferred to the designated repository, please explain.
This information is necessary so the BLM may inventory these collections in the future.
2. Include the following information:
- Summary of work completed, including field dates, personnel involved, and results.
- Copies of published papers and reports that acknowledge this permit.
- Narrative of future work that is intended to be performed under this permit.
- Notable discoveries, including new species discovered or described, and any media reports.
- Note any threatened resources about which the BLM should be aware.
- Paleontological Locality Forms (BLM 8270-3 or equivalent) for all new localities discovered, including maps and photos.
- Note any ways that BLM may be able to better assist with your work.
