1GCC Summer Packing List
o Have ALL appropriate registration forms/permission forms signed
o Check or Cash registration fee (No Credit/Debit cards)
o Appropriate clothes for summer weather & length of stay (extra socks and undies are
always a good idea)
o Clothes for service project (Youth Camp – stuff you can get dirty in/paint on)
o Clothes to hike in
o Modest swimming clothes (No Bikinis)
o Light jacket
o Rain gear
o Hiking/walking shoes
o Toiletries (tooth brush, deodorant, towel, soap, etc.)
o All prescription medications (turn in to and notify Nurse)
o Shower shoes
o Bedding (Sleeping bag or twin sized sheets, blanket and pillow)
o Water bottle(s)
o Flashlight with extra batteries
o Sun screen
o Sunglasses
o hat
o Back pack to carry personal items
o Bible
o Notebook or Journal
o Pens/pencils
o Offering for our missionary guest speakers
o Camera (optional)*
o Personal or Box fan for dorms (Optional)
o Extra money for Canteen/snack bar/sodas (Optional)
*Please leave all electronics (MP3 players, Smart Phones, Gameboy, tablets, etc.) at home, if
not they will be taken up by your Church sponsors as they can distract from learning and can
easily be damaged. Digital cameras are acceptable, but YOU are solely responsible for them. We
are NOT responsible for any damaged or stolen electronics if you decide to bring them anyway.
