declaration herein shall continue to be true and correct, and Lender may rely thereon when making such advances.
By making a request or an advance, whether an individual (Settlor) or a Trustee, the undersigned declares that the
declaration herein continues to be true and correct.
q e) (For Loan Modifications) Execute and deliver to Lender all renewals, extensions, increases, modifications or
substitutions for the Loan.
q f) (If Trust is part of a business entity) Become a partner, member or manager of a business (i.e. partnership or limited
liability company).
q g) Open and close deposit and investment accounts, including mutual funds, annuities, non-deposit investment products
and other uninsured vehicles, on behalf of the Trust, deposit funds into, sign checks drawn upon, and withdraw funds from
the accounts established for the Trust, all without limitation or the consent of any other person.
11. Co-Trustees. Where this Certification is signed by Co-Trustees, each Trustee certifies for himself or herself and not for the
other(s). References to the singular include the plural.
