• Please return the form by hand to the staff with your non-refundable deposit which is:- £10 per day or £50 per week per child.
• Please provide a packed lunch for your child
* All fees must be paid at the start of the week.
• Opening hours are 7.30am – 6.00pm (Please do not drop your child off before this time due to insurance issues.)
• All sessions booked on this form must be paid for even if cancelled later.
• Any changes/cancellations must be notified in writing beforehand.
• if your child cannot attend any session, please contact the numbers above
• We ask for drop off and pick up times, to enable us to plan ahead any activities, or trips out we may do with the children.
* Please can we request you do not send your child with any personal items from home, i.e., game consoles, phones and toys.
