COMPANY POLICIES & PROCEDURES
1) Minimum Order - There is a minimum opening order of $2500 for new clients.
2) Returns/Refund:
• RA# - A return authorization number is required for all customer returns. Contact or call
888-733-5755 option 1. Customer must submit a detailed list of all products to be included in the return package.
• Allow 48 hours for return processing.
• Products must be received as returned in new & sellable condition. Products received in used/damaged condition will not
be accepted or permitted a refund or credit.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless product is returned due to damage or mis-shipped product / incorrect
SKU or quantity shipped.
• Exchanges are permitted for product that is currently in season & in which the majority of the style did not sell. Client must
contact customer service for the exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product and 30 days prior to the end of the
season.
1) Pricing - Maceoo reserves the right to contest product pricing on in season stock sold online or as consignment goods.
2) Conflict of Interest - Maceoo will disclose any potential sales to boutiques within the same sales district as the client.
3) Product Samples - Available upon request, to be purchased for wholesale price.
4) Advertising Material - Advertising material is available upon request. Purchase cost is dependent upon customer total
purchases with Maceoo year-to-date.
