2Pre-applications for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and State Rental Assistance
Program (RAP) are now being accepted.
A pre-application can be submitted either electronically or by mail. To submit a pre-application
electronically click on the link below:

Electronic pre-applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm on August 18.
To submit a pre-application by mail, click on a link below for a hard copy of the pre-application in either
English or Spanish.
