This is an application to have your enrollment fees waived. If you need money to help meet the costs of additional
educational expenses, resident and nonresident applicants may complete the FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL
STUDENT AID (FAFSA) right away. It’s okay to file both this form and the FAFSA. The information you provide on this
application is subject to verification. If you give false or misleading information on this application, you will be required
to pay all fees that were waived and you could be subject to disciplinary actions. Note: Students who are exempt from
paying tuition under Education Code Section 68130.5 are not California residents.

think you have special circumstances.
