SECURED NOTE.

All obligations under this Note are secured by the Mortgage. The Mortgage, in addition to this Note, describes

how and under what conditions I may be required to make immediate payment in full of all amounts I owe under

this Note.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS.

I may have also entered into a First Mortgage Promissory Note and First Mortgage simultaneously herewith. Any

default under such First Mortgage Promissory Note or First Mortgage that secures it shall also be a default under

this Note and entitle Habitat to call this Note due and payable and enforce its rights under this Note and the

Mortgage.
