COMMISSION AGREEMENT

In consideration of the presentation of any Purchase Contract by HORTIA REALTY LLC and

any of its agents relating to the real property commonly known as:

undersigned OWNER(S) of said property hereby agrees to pay HORITA REALTY LLC

_____ per cent of the selling price, at closing of transaction, through escrow as compensation

for services rendered.

If a suit is brought to collect the compensation or if Broker successfully defends any action

brought against Broker by Owner relating to this agreement, Owner agrees to pay all costs

incurred by Broker in connection with such action, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

HORTIA REALTY LLC and its agents represent the Buyer; furthermore, Owner understands

that they not represented by a broker and are not relying on HORTIA REALTY LLC for any

advice. Owner should consult their own professionals for any advice regarding this transaction.
