What is place value?
Place value is the basis of our entire number
system. A place value system is one in which the
position of a digit in a number determines its value.
The value of a digit depends on its place in a number.
This is its place value.

in tens place equal 60, The 9 in the ones place equal 9 .
You can see from the place value chart that the hundreds place is ten times
more than the tens. And the tens place is ten times more than
the ones place.
