The court has reviewed the plaintiff’s Motion for Service of Process by
Publication and Affidavit, and the plaintiff’s verified Complaint for Divorce. It appears
that 1) service of process upon the defendant has not been completed and cannot now
be completed by personal service, 2) the complaint states a cause of action against the
defendant and the defendant is a necessary and proper party to this action, and 3) the
