This rebate is NOT eligible for online submission and must be mailed. Rebate applies to Peachtree by

Sage Pro Accounting 2009 (SKU 743394) purchased at Staples stores, or Staples catalog

only. Include your serial, registration, customer ID number & receipt. You can register by calling

1-800-936-7059. After you register you will receive a Peachtree Customer ID and a Registration Code.

For purchases at Staples Stores, send the ORIGINAL UPC bar code from your product box. For purchases

made at or Staples Catalog, send the ORIGINAL packing slip as your receipt. Purchase

must be made between 06/07/2009 and 06/13/2009. All requests MUST be postmarked by 07/13/2009. Offer

valid in US only. Good for actual purchases by end users; excludes resellers and distributors of

products and their families. Please allow 8 weeks for processing and delivery. All rebates will be

made in US dollars. Manufacturer is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail and illegible

entries. Only one (1) rebate form may be processed per person, company, household, address or

receipt. For questions about your rebate call 1-888-213-9916. Fraudulent submission of multiple

requests could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section

1341 & 1342). Keep a copy of your claim for future reference.
