Request for Donation of ALPAR Community Clean-Up Bags

Spring will be here soon, and it’s time to request your 2015 ALPAR Clean-Up bags.

Please fill out and return the enclosed request form completely and include your check to avoid any delays in

processing. Forms also available on line at . NOTE: COST OF POSTAGE & HANDLING HAS

GONE UP THIS YEAR.

Please note……

These bright yellow bags are provided by ALPAR as a free community service to

assist in your community’s efforts to clean up litter.

ALPAR is a privately funded, non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating

litter in Alaska. Our free bag program is funded fully by Alaskan businesses.

BP is the primary sponsor for this program. Please recognize them whenever possible!

PEPSI of Alaska provides warehousing and distribution services. Totem Ocean Trailer

Express and Lynden donated the shipping of the bags to Alaska. Thank you to all our

sponsors!

ALPAR provides communities and organizations that recycle aluminum cans and /or participate in the

ALPAR Flying Cans program

with GREEN Recycle Bags. Please call ALPAR at (907) 644-7968 OR

to request these bags.

• Shipping information

Mail your donation request for bags with your check for postage ($10 per box)

or $7 per

box for pick up or air freight (you must pay for air freight charges directly to carrier.)

Free bag orders are limited to one order per community per year.

2. NOTE:

Please coordinate

with other clean up programs in your community and place one order for everyone. Thank you!

3. Bags are shipped via the US Postal Service unless otherwise specified.

• Allotment of bags

• We allot a specific number of bags for each community based on population.

(200 bags per case). Quantities of bags are limited. If you require more bags than we've allotted

for your community, please call or email ALPAR.

• Before sending your request to us, be sure to: (We prefer that you Mail this form with a check)

1. Double-check that the form is completely filled out.

2. Make a copy for your files.

3. Enclose a check for postage and handling (Credit Cards NOT accepted).
