If purchased in a state other than the states indicated in “A” above, please provide a bill of sale or
its equivalent.
If the vessel is being used as part of a “loaner” program, the following procedures must be followed:
The MSO must be signed over to the government agency, and submitted along with this application to
the Bureau of Titles and Registrations. A registration number will be assigned, and a “Government”
decal and registration certificate will be issued in the name of the government agency.
At the termination of the loan agreement, the government agency will return the registration certificate
and decal to the Bureau for cancellation and the MSO will then be returned to the dealer. Upon the sale
of the vessel to the public, that same MSO would be utilized in the title application, thereby
documenting the user/owner history.
