Description

Student read a minimum of 140 minutes (35 minutes nightly). Parent

signature present. For all four responses, student:

provided a thoughtful response in 4-5 complete sentences,

completed all information, including pages read, AR level, ZPD, title of

book, date, and strategy used.

Student read a minimum of 105 minutes. Parent signature present. For at

least three responses, student:

provided a thoughtful response in 4-5 complete sentences,

cited relevant evidence from the text, and

completed most information, including pages read, AR level, ZPD, title

of book, date, and strategy used.

Student read a minimum of 70 minutes. Parent signature present. For at

least two responses, student:

provided a thoughtful response in 4-5 complete sentences,

applied reading skill,

cited evidence from the text, and

completed some information, including pages read, AR level, ZPD, title

of book, date, and strategy used.

Student read less than 70 minutes. Parent signature present. Student

provided at least one complete response, or student provided two or more

incomplete responses or those that lacked thought. Some or most

used) was not completed.

Student read less than 70 minutes. No parent signature. Student provided

no thoughtful responses.
