Upon return of the Tuition Grant Agreement by your sureties, you are to personally bring the
notarized Tuition Grant Agreement on the scheduled date, time and venue to complete the
Tuition Grant Agreement signing in the presence of MOE officers. Please bring along your
Identity Card, Passport, Student Pass and Student card for verification.

for the more information.
Students who have not completed the signing of the Tuition Grant Agreements by the given
deadline will have to pay unsubsidised fees for their studies in the institution.
3. What if only one of my two sureties is unable to sign the Tuition Grant Agreement in
Singapore and has to do so overseas, in the presence of a Notary Public?
You are still required to complete steps 1 and 2 as stated in Question 2. The surety who is in
Singapore will have to be present together with you on the scheduled date to sign in the
presence of MOE officers. You are required to print the agreement and bring it along on the
day of signing. Please remind your surety to bring along his/her Identity Card, Passport,
Student Pass, Student Card, Work Permit and Employment Pass, (where applicable) for
verification purposes.
For the other surety who is overseas and unavailable to be present on the stipulated dates,
you are to follow steps 3 and 4 in Question 2 for him/her to sign the Tuition Grant Agreement
in the presence of a Notary Public.
