If withdrawal is less than 4 weeks PRIOR to start of course 40% of course fees will be refunded and less $500 for administrative fees.
If withdrawal is AFTER the start of the course and during the first 4 weeks, 30% of paid course fees will be refunded less $500 for
administrative fees.
If withdrawal is AFTER the fourth week of start of course there is no refund.
Other Circumstances
If EEI cancels a course that you are enrolled we will offer a full refund of all paid fees (except the NON REFUNDABLE registration fee of
$230) or offer enrolment into a similar course of study if applicable.
If a student’s has their enrolment cancelled due to misbehaviour or breach of enrolment; after the semester commences and during the first 4
weeks, we will refund 30% of the first semester tuition fees, less an administration charge of $500.
If you have paid in advance any tuition fees for subsequent terms or semesters, we will refund these tuition fees in full.
After the fourth week, Empyrean will not refund the semester’s tuition fees.
All refunds will be paid within 4 weeks of receiving written claim.

The terms and conditions stated do not remove the right of the student to undertake action under Australia’s consumer protection
laws.
