We agree the child care center hours are 6am to 6pm M-F. Any early or late arrival must be arranged in advance except in case of emergency.

Disregard for hours may result in an overtime fee of $1.00 per minute, per child, every minute past closing.

Payment is due in advance, and there are two options available. You may pay in two equal payments by the 5

and 15

No refunds will be given for absences or emergency closure days. Parents are required to give two weeks’ notice for withdrawing their child

from care. If this isn’t possible, two weeks of tuition will be charged. Full and part time children receive two weeks’ vacation credit per year,

starting 6 months after enrollment. You must arrange vacation with two weeks’ notice. No vacation or closure credit is offered for the

enrichment program.

FEES: Part time is considered 2 or 3 full days, up to 9 hours a day. Full time is 4 or 5 full days up to 10 hours a day. There will be a $9 per

hour charge for hours over.

Infants: $850.00 PER MONTH

Wobblers: (ages 12 mo- 18 mo)

Toddlers: (ages 18mo – 2.5 yrs)

Full days and half days include lunch. After school includes snack.

Your child will be dropped from care if payments are more than two weeks late. We reserve the right to resolve matters of un paid tuition

through litigation or collection agencies and you will be responsible for any lawyer fees and collections fees incurred, at that time.

Holidays: We are closed the following holidays (if a holiday lands on a weekend we will be closed the Friday prior or the Monday following the

holiday).

Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas eve at 4pm, Christmas Day and the day after, New Years Day,

Presidents Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.
