Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life sometimes throws us curves and you will probably at some point need to cancel a

lesson. In order to help me adjust for those curves, please allow as much time as possible for me to fill

the lesson slot that you are vacating.

The following will be the cancellation policy for all lessons as of March 9, 2011:

1. If you cancel with 24 hrs notice (which is to call or email me one day before your

scheduled lesson); there will be no “penalty” if the vacated slot is filled. There will be a

loss of 1/4 of your lesson fees if I am not able to fill the vacated slot (meaning you will

owe me $10.00 extra dollars after your next lesson).

2. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (meaning you call me on the same day of

your scheduled lesson OR you do not show for your scheduled lesson); there will be no

“penalty” IF the vacated slot is filled. There will be a loss of 1/2 of your lesson fees if

the slot is not filled (meaning you owe me $20.00 extra dollars after your next lesson). (A

no-call / no-show falls under this category)

I typically utilize a “3 strike” policy when dealing with cancellations. Please don’t make a “habit” of

canceling the day of your scheduled lesson. After “3 strikes” I will start charging you the cancellation

fees.

Thank you for your understanding and I hope your opposing pitcher (life) continues to throw you easy to

hit fastballs!

Lesson Package Expiration Policy:

All lesson packages must be completed within 3 months after the date of purchase. All lessons not

completed within 3 months of the date of purchase will expire and all credit and money paid will be

forfeited. Coach availability (my schedule) issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Thank you.

Referral Policy:

One of the biggest compliments I can receive is a referral. If you are referring another player to me, that

tells me you are more than satisfied with the outcome of my lessons with your player and are confident

enough with my teaching ability to send your friends and teammates my way.

To thank you for the referral your next 30 minute lesson is FREE of charge. Your free lesson can be

redeemed once I complete a lesson that is paid in full with the player you have referred to me.
